  • Submitted documentation restructuring plans, moving all materials to a task-based format, adding missing SDK APIs, and repositioning the content and presentation in alignment with the company’s roadmap.

Led the documentation development process for a SaaS Billing and Marketing company for both internal and external developers. Reviewed and critiqued new SOAP API and UI pages for naming, workflow, functionality, and style guidance. Playa Pete’s Plaza, Black Rock City, NV    2010 – Present

Managed the project plan and 150 volunteers for The Monaco, one of the most visible art cars in Black Rock City. Developed, maintained, and drove the mailing list to keep all participants on time and on track for that thing in the desert. Helped generate and execute punch lists for annual upgrades and maintenance for the ship. Organized camp layout, and monitored on-site adherence to The Rules.

Gallery Manager
Interactive TV Today, San Francisco, CA    2009 – 2014

Curated and managed the Gallery component of the TV of Tomorrow Conference at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, from artist solicitation and selection, to gallery design, installation and loadout. Generated all supporting documents, including personnel and materials management project plans and Gallery Catalog.

  • Built the gallery from 5 local, to 17 local and international artists, with a full catalog, and media coverage.
  • Managed the design, one-day installation, and load out of a two day event.

Senior Technical Writer
Clarus Systems, Redwood Shores, CA    2006 – 2010

Redesigned and developed a full documentation set for an IP Telephony automated testing system. Created graphics and related collateral for all company publications and website.
